Yeah, this makes thing more complicated. At least I can easily check some old reports if Peter makes a new claim.
Hope that the site certification will complete soon and everyone can access the site properly.

Oof. So I cannot use it from a mobile device, nice. Well, good luck guys, comets will be posted on both sites now, apparently.

This means you have Jiango beat by like 30 minutes, and we on here had no clue, and so we have a conflict of ownership, oh fun times... I will relay this to Karl to sort out.

Website Update
karlbattams
Hi All, Apologies for not giving updates sooner - I've been busy trying to get things working again! As most of you know, we had to upgrade our web server operating system a couple of weeks ago. I feared this would be troublesome, and indeed it was. Things (software) got badly broken and we have been trying to repair it since then. We have made good progress and the website more-or-less works again, but we now have run into the issue of our web certificates expiring, which means you can't really access the site. We have renewed the certificates and are in the process of getting those installed. This should make the website viewable to you all again. I'm hoping that might be as soon as tomorrow. But that is not the end of the story... we have one more software upgrade that we must tackle next (the software environment upon which our websites are built). I am optimistic that this upgrade will be faster and much less trouble than the server upgrade, but I cannot make promises. I will let you all know when that is due to happen, but it can't happen until we get the website operating fully again. There is a chance things could be back to normal by Friday, or at least back to where they were. Next week may bring that final challenge but we will see. My sincere apologies for all this. In a perfect world, we would have a team of IT experts and a series of backup servers and web-developers on speed-dial. But we are not nearly funded well enough for that kind of support, and the COVID issue is just making everything more complicated than it would have been two years ago. So thank you sincerely for your patience with all this, and I promise I/we will get the Sungrazer site back online as soon as we are able. Best wishes,
