As far as I know, the Kreutz III are rare. They are not seen often, at all, and can be missed in real time, as I found one in the archives on 20190505.

I'd love a fair battle. Even though I have not been a victim of something like this yet, I hate making the mistake of endorsing someone a comet if they were actually not the first to report, when me or anyone else has no way of knowing who was *really* first. That is frustrating.
