I think I know what happened here. There was a mixup with the observed dates, so BAA is wrong, meaning I reported SOHO 3526. Oh well.

Difficult to determine if this is a numbered object or not, regardless it is definitely real. Worachate reported a Kreutz for this date with the same times, but our coordinates do not match

I can confirm this comet. This is not a Meyer, and should be referred to as a non-group comet.
