I noticed that there is a faint object going right through c2 image to the left. It is consistent with the predictions of 45P on the LASCO transits page.
I can confirm the sighting and agree that this looks like the comet. The location seems a little off from prediction (likely caused by parallax between Earth and SOHO). The speed of the object is very close to about 8-9 pixels per hour for predicted speed in C2 for 45P.
